Characteristics of the 50% Iberian Bellota Ham

• Race: pigs of at least 50% of the Iberian breed raised free in the pastures throughout their lives.
• Feeding: herbs, natural grasses and acorns during the Montanera phase (October / March).
• Healing time: more than 36 months.
• Elaboration: traditional Guijuelo processes. Manual salting in a battery system, natural dryers and natural cellars.
