Characteristics of the 50% Iberian Acorn-fed Shoulder Iberian Breed

  • Race: 50% Iberian pigs raised free in the pastures of Guijuelo throughout their lives.
  • Feeding: herbs, natural grasses and acorns during the Montanera phase (October / March).
  • Healing time: more than 30 months.
  • Elaboration: traditional Guijuelo processes. Manual salting in a battery system, natural dryers and natural cellars.
